Experience Summary:
With over 25 years of experience, Shawn has worked in the abatement industry as a Project Designer, Project Manager, Superintendent, and QA/QC Manager. He is responsible for managing the project team, ensuring contract scope of work requirements and guidelines are met, implementing health and safety requirements, coordination with the client, managing the budget and schedule, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Shawn is skilled at identifying complex problems, reviewing relevant information, evaluating options, and implementing the safest, most cost-effective, and beneficial solution for the client. He has managed and directed crews of up to 50 individuals, confidently adapts to various working teams and environments, and is committed to and experienced with adhering to State Regulations, Guidelines, and Standards.
